Jonathan Leach with Keller Williams is the agent you want to have on your side. He is outstanding. Despite handling many homes at a time, you’ll feel as though yours is the only one he’s working to sell. You will get 100% of his time and attention because selling houses is his life’s focus. You must have an agent that knows how to market your home effectively, communicate well with you, and spawn offers. Anyone can list your home, but that’s different than getting it sold! I believe Jonathan Leach has the ability to sell. He seems to fully understand that time is money so he knows how to hit the ground running. And most importantly, I know that Jonathan could take your home from offer to close without hiccups. You have to realize that those 30 days from offer to close are crucial, and you must have an agent who knows how to keep the deal from falling apart. This isn’t easy, it takes an attentive agent who knows the system and has sold a lot of homes. And is willing to work day and night. They also need to know how to keep the buyer in the game. It’s not an easy task but I know Jonathan has the ability to close your deal. Believe or not, this can not be said of most agents.
